Akshay khoyani : i am from gujarat. 21 years young businessman. i want to ask 'import export business started time GST(gujarat sales tax) CST (central sales tax) number is complusory required or not ? ' please inform me earlier i want to start textile products exports.

Manjit Singh: I want some information for imported textile fabrics to be re-exported after doing some process work on it, I want to import velvet fabrics and want to do some embroidery work on it and then re-export to third country, what is the procedure and how about the customs duty etc., Can I get import duty back or no. As velvet fabric duty is very high, if I do not get back the duty then it is of no meaning.
