22/2003-Customs, dated 04.02.2003 is valid when introduction of GST in India by July, 2017 for exemption of IGST on imports.
As per customs notification number 22/2003-Customs, dated 04.02.2003, exemption of duty on import of paper money paper money; and wool, woollen fabrics and woollen apparels received as gifts by the Indian Red Cross are exempted. The exemption of IGST also extended with the same notification 22/2003-Customs, dated 04.02.2003 as per GST council meat of 03rd June, 2017.
