Under FCA, who is responsible for export customs clearance?
Inco terms describe about the risks and costs sharing between buyer and seller under movement of goods. Under FCA delivery terms, the exporter undertake packing of goods and place the goods at named place agreed as per contract of carriage between them at buyer’s disposal for further movement nominated by buyer.
The export documentation and export customs clearance under FCA shipment is the responsibility of Seller.
The risk of Exporter transfer immediately up on hand over goods to the buyer nominated career at Exporter’s country.
