hasan abdullah: In Bangladesh we import fabrics as a Garment Industry on the basis fo length & construction & color of fabrics. Customs are also examining the weight of fabric as per Consigner's declaration in Invoice - this is creating complications & hassel as due to moisture contents and Sea Voyage the weight does not remain the same although length remains within Invoice declaration. Pls advise what is the rule/procedure internationally.
