No IGST or import duty on re-import of unclaimed postal articles

As per Customs notification number 273/58 dated 25.10.1958, import duty is exempted to re-import of unclaimed postal articles which were originally posted in India and re-imported as unclaimed, refused or redirected.  The said Customs notification number 273/58 dated 25.10.1958 extends waiver of IGST on re-import of goods specified in the said notification.
