As per Section 143 of customs act, by executing a license bond with surety on pending production of license or release order, the said consignment can be customs cleared. Once after approving the documentary evidence on the same, the customs officials can allow to pass out the cargo to take delivery of such goods by importer. Once after production of required documents after customs clearance, the bond and surety can be cancelled with necessary procedures
