What is Commercial enforcement hold for import cargo in US CBP – Customs and Border Protection of US may verify the compliance with specific issues to make sure on safety of imported products. So consumer product safety standard are to be met as per the specification of US Government. If imported goods are not met with the specification insisted by US Government, CBP has the right to reject such goods or penalize wherever applicable.
