Business in relationship. The duty of any service provider is to satisfy his customer.  If you receive an enquiry to quote airfreight rate you need to satisfy the shipper by meeting his requirements.    You may ship with cheapest airfreight.  But, if the shipment arrives late, the consignee may end up with many inconvenience including financial loss.
