In this post, I  have mentioned HS codes   which help exporters and importers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS.  These HS codes helps exporters and importers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS to identify their product to use in customs department and other government and non government agencies to import or export of  FISH and CRUSTACEANS.  I hope the information in this post supports exporters and importers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS.   The buyers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS and sellers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS in import export trade  may use the HS codes mentioned in this post.     The suppliers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS and buyers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS in international trade may please be noted, an addition of two or four digits might be added  to these HS codes by government of respective country.   So the exporters or importers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS may follow such addition if any after verifying with rules and regulations of respective country.  I will be writing   about how to export FISH and CRUSTACEANS and how to import FISH and CRUSTACEANS shortly.   The buyers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS and sellers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS in export import trade may also  be noted, the classification of products  is named  differently in each country by adding two or four digits along with HS codes.  For examples, in US (United States), the classification is called ‘Schedule B’  where as in India  ‘ITC number (Indian Tariff Code number). Hope this article helps importers of FISH and CRUSTACEANS and exporters of FISH and CRUSTACEANS.  Comment below your thoughts.  Click here to know HS code of other product/commodity

Sudhir Ranjan Das: We are the exporter & Importer of frozen fish. I am detailing below the problem we are facing in respect of filing online Bill of Entry against Import of Goods & third party payment for import transactions. As per RBI A.P.(DIR Series) Circular No.70 dt.08.11.2013 & Circular No.100 dt.04.02.2014 there are instruction that the name of the Third Party should be narrated in the Bill of Entry. But Customs Authority in Kolkata has raised the question that there is no provision of narrating Third Party particulars in the B.E.format & how they would do it.Kindly advise us where the name of the third party can be narrated in the present form of online B.E.format.
