Agustin Du Pond : I found your website on the internet and I decided to write to you to see if you can offer me help on a service that I need for a problem I have in China with a logistics company that does not want to release my bill of lading (telex release) and they want to overcharge me more money than the agreed rate for the shipment of a 20 foot container from Ningbo, China port to Puerto Progreso Port in Mexico. Rich: I want to import components of a bullet. Steel Cartridge/Casing with projectile no primer and gunpowdwer. This imported items will be 2 of the parts of the 4 components to make a live bullet. Alive bullet consists of the following components cartridge, Primer, Gun powder, and projectile. I am importing a subset, cartridge with no primer and powder along with the projectile separated from the casing. Please advise which organizations/ruling I need to adhere to.
