Exporter or Importer responsible for unloading goods under FCA ?
Unloading of goods at destination named place under FCA Inco Terms of Delivery.
Many exporters and importers ask questions to the author of this post about responsibility to unload goods under Inco terms 2020. As I have mentioned in previous posts, if the tree letter words does not carry the letter ‘U’, the seller is not responsible for unloading the goods at destination named place under Inco Terms. In other words, the buyer is responsible for the costs and damages under unloading of goods at named destination for all inco terms rules except under DPU where the rule clearly mentioned.
In a nutshell, the buyer is responsible to unload the goods under FCA terms of delivery.
