CUSTOMS (ADD) Notification No 47 of 2019 dated 30th December, 2019

 

 

Notification no 47/2019 Customs (Anti-Dumping Duty) date on 30th December, 2019 

 

 

Seeks to amend Anti Dumping notifications issued under section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), read with rules 13, 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) so as to align them with amended Customs Tariff.  

 The extract of CUSTOMS (ADD) Notification No. 47/2019- CUSTOMS is given below:

Notification No. 47/2019-Customs(ADD) 

New Delhi, the 30th December, 2019

 

G.S.R.......(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), read with rules 13, 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table,  in the

Column (2), -

(a)        for the figures, ‘2915 39 90’, the figures

            ‘2915 39 99’ shall be substituted;

(b) for the figures, ‘2933 19 90’, the figures

            ‘2933  19  91,  2933  19  99’  shall  be

            substituted.

Notification   No.   43/2016-Customs   (ADD)

dated the 8th August, 2016.

 

[G.S.R. 777(E), dated the 8th August, 2016]

In the said notification, for the figures “5504 10

00”, wherever it occurs, the figures” 5504 10 10,

5504 10 90”, shall be substituted.

Notification No. 6/2018-Customs (ADD) dated

the 12th March, 2018

 

[G.S.R. 220 (E), dated the12th March, 2018]

In the said notification, in the Table, in the

Column (2),-

(a)        for the figures, ‘2918 99 00’, the figures

            ‘2918 99 90’ shall be substituted;

(b)        for the figures, ‘2934 99 00’, the figures

            ‘2934 99 10, 2934 99 20, 2934 99 90’ shall be substituted.

Notification No. 55/2018-Customs (ADD)

dated the 15th November, 2018

2018]

In the said notification, in the  Table, in the

Column (2), for the figures, ‘2934 99 00’, the

figures ‘2934 99’ shall be substituted.

Notification No. 57/2018-Customs (ADD)

dated the 13th December, 2018

 

[G.S.R. 1203 (E), dated the 13th December,

2018]

In the said notification, -

(a)        the  figure,  ‘3824  99  22’,  wherever  it

            occurs, shall be omitted;

(b)        for the figure, ‘3824 99 90’, wherever it

            occurs, the figure ‘3824 99 00’, shall be

            substituted.

6.

Notification No. 33/2019-Customs (ADD)

dated the 26th August, 2019

 

[G.S.R. 600 (E), dated the 26th August, 2019]

In the said notification, in the Duty Table, in

Column (2), for the figures, ‘3904 90 00’, the

figures ‘3904 90  10, 3904 90 90’   shall  be

substituted.

 

This notification shall come into force from the 1st of January, 2020.
