I am doing master thesis in a company, who ships the electric goods to India. We want to track the temperature and humidity of the container during the transit and thus we want to ship the data logger with it.The goods will be shipped to Free Trade Warehousing Zone, and my question here is where specifically I need to mention the data logger serial number? Is it possible just to mention the serial number in the appendix text (where also the container and seal number are mentioned) or somewhere else do we need to mention? Data logger will be taken out to retrieve the data, will it create any problem in that?

Like BIS Somebody says that recently Custom clearing officers ask BIS certificate for clearing stand fan ,Is it true or not ????
