UTTARA GUJARAN : Presently i am woring with the Diamond Industry in Mumbai . our company is manufacturer, importer & exproter of rough & polisehd diamonds . Could you please explain me the Term " Related Party " in term of rule 2 (2) of the customs valuation rules 1988 i --- vii & Viii ) They are mamber of the Same Family.
