The examples of oil seeds are soybeans, peanuts, copra, flax seed, rape seeds, colza seeds, sunflower seeds, flour seeds, meal of oil seed etc. In India, GST for oil seeds is being published soon. Exemption list of GST in India under oil seeds is also being released. GST for medicinal plants like plants for pharmacy, perfume, insecticides etc. also applicable as per tariff rate. Some of the items under this category is expected to attract zero rate of GST.
