The general consumer goods can be imported into Norway without any requirement for you to have an import license or permits. The Norwegian Customs (TOLL CUSTOMS) is responsible for collecting tariffs and managing the regulatory framework governing customs duties and the import and export of goods in Norway.

It is possible to declare the goods by submitting a completed Single Administrative Document (SAD form) to Norwegian Customs. Or else, can declare the goods electronically by submitting information to Norwegian Customs’ customs clearance system, TVINN.
