seeks to further amend notification No. 82/2017-customs dated 27th October 2017, to increase Ad-valorem component of BCD from 10% to 20% on 328 tariff lines of carpets, apparels and other textile products.

(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 82/2017, dated the 27th of October, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R.1341 (E), dated the 27th of October, 2017, namely: -
In the said notification, in the Table, -
(i) for serial number 105 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
