Ramchandra Satyapal : We have gone through Web Site " How to Export and Import". It is an excellent versatile tool and giving bunch of knowledge to me. We are not in export business but we have some issue/s with Custome Duty as follows: In the year Feb 2007 we had Imported one CNC machine under EPCG scheme. We have not completed the Export Obligation/s for which we received notice from Custom House, JNPT, Mumbai. But we have sold goods against "H form" of appx Rs.60 lacs during these 8 years. So can sales against "H form" benefited us to release from these obligations. Please help.
