Al Mukaty: I have been reading the articles on your website and I find them extremely helpful. I have a question, we imported clothing from Karachi into NY. All 3 suppliers have been paid and we have received 2 endorsed HBLs but the third one is playing games. The forwarder said he can release the two shippers' goods and the third will go to a bonded warehouse. We have paid in full for this by wire and have complete proof. Can we do anything? Can our bank do anything? is there any way for us to get the third shipper's goods which are rightfully ours? I would really appreciate your advice.
