I am an enthusiastic reader of your articles posted in Export Import Software. Can you pls help me by enlighten me on the following . Import of Sunflower Oil Cake is exempted from BCD vide Min of Fin ( DOR) notification on 12/2012-Customs dt 17 Mar 2012. The exemption is further extended upto Apr 2015 vide Notification No 12/2014-Customs dt 11 Jul 2014. However in the Union Budget 2015-16 , the exemption of BCD for Sunflower Oil Cake is restored without any changes. That means, the exemption still valid after Apr 2015. Can you pls guide me on this.
