4. GST HSN chapter code 1205 Rape or colza seeds, whether or not broken.

5. GST HSN chapter code 1206 Sunflower seeds, whether or not broken.

 6. GST HSN chapter code 1207 Other oil seeds and oleaginous fruits (i.e. Palm nuts and kernels, cotton seeds, Castor oil seeds, Sesamum seeds, Mustard seeds, Saffower (Carthamus tinctorius) seeds, Melon seeds, Poppy seeds, Ajams, Mango kernel, Niger seed, Kokam) whether or not broken.

Locust beans, seaweeds and other algae, sugar beet and sugar cane, frozen or dried, whether or not ground; fruit stones and kernels and other vegetable products (including unroasted chicory roots of the variety Cichorium intybus sativum) of a kind used primarily for human consumption, not elsewhere specified or included [GST HSN chapter code 1212].

GST for oil seeds and medicinal plants in India

The examples of oil seeds are soybeans, peanuts, copra, flax seed, rape seeds, colza seeds, sunflower seeds, flour seeds, meal of oil seed etc.  In India, GST for oil seeds is being published soon.   Exemption list of GST in India under oil seeds is also being released.    GST for medicinal plants like plants for pharmacy, perfume, insecticides etc. also applicable as per tariff rate. Some of the items under this category is expected to attract zero rate of GST.

Agriculture is the root of Economy hence government focuses with top priority to encourage agriculture sectors.   So agriculture commodities and agricultural services is expected to be exempted from paying GST.  The GST exemption list is being published soon by GST authorities in India.  The products and services fall under GST exemption category can be known soon after publishing by GST authority.
