SANJOY MUKHERJEE: I WANT TO KNW ABOUT EXPORT VALUE WHEN EVER FOB VALUE IS DOWN MORE THAN INVOICE VALE. WHT WILL BE OUR ARE-1 VALUE FOR EXPORT????

Gurpreet Singh : I have a query regarding ARE-1 procedure to followed in case goods ready to be shipped for Export rejected by the buyer are being sold to another buyer outside India. Whether a Fresh ARE-1 is required to be issued or there is a need to revise the original ARE-1. Please tell me the procedure which is to be followed for the same. I shall be obliged for the same.
